How urgency sorting works

One composite, transparently calculated. You can still sort by name or trust score.

        + failing_controls
        + (-Δ7d  if Δ7d < 0)
        + 0.5 × (60 - score)  if score < 60

No ML, no black box. Override is possible per tenant via a future weights config.
